  Cold holding was at 40F.  Hot holding was 150F and above.
   
  There is a lot of equipment that Mary stated has not been used for while. They have not used the freezer because they only
  have one contract. The freezer walls are in poor repair and will need repaired prior to use.
   
  Talked with Mary concerning my conversation with Larry Hobart at ODH for renewing the food license. At this time, they have
  one daycare contract which is covered under the ODA food processor license. Mary stated that last year they did not cater
  any weddings. ODH agreed that it was acceptable to not license the kitchen at this time. If food is made in this kitchen,
  it needs to be transported to a licensed facility. If a hall (i.e. wedding reception, etc.) does not have a license, a
  temporary food license will need purchased.
   
  Mary stated that they do not have email so this report will be mailed.
